People come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing unites us: we all struggle with who we are.

I support people during times of change and transition to accept themselves as they are. It is only by accepting ourselves as we are that we can embrace and accept all the curves life throws at us.

And when we can do that, we can bring about changes to live the lives we imagine for ourselves.

I am a certified teacher and have given talks at schools, colleges and universities all around the Greater Boston area.
