Raising your vibration to the 5th Dimension. Excellent meditation taking you through many levels of awareness. A journey into the 5th or beyond if your willing to go there.

Highly Recommend Tracie. Great class. It covered all the areas that I need help with. I loved how Tracie took the time to talk to each of us before beginning the session. I felt extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Weight Loss Hypnosis. This class was great. I was given the opportunity to have a hypnosis session in the privacy of my own home. I woke up the next morning actually wanting to exercise!!! That was huge for me as usually this is normally a forced feeling.

Inspirational . Tracie is a very inspirational Hypnotherapist . I enjoyed the class and feel so much more confidence in my ability to get on a good eating program. I was at a low point in my life and had lost confidence in myself. This session has really helped. I plan on listening to it again!!!

Relaxed and ready to roll!. This was a great class for setting the intention to work on what holds us back on our personal journey's of weight loss and management. I appreciated that she asked for each of us to give feedback and insight and incorporated our desires into the hypnosis aspect of this class. Well done!
