We will create a union between breath and body as we stretch and strengthen every part of the body and the mind. We will warm up the spine, then build heat as we flow through postures, linking them with breath, and will then utilize the space we have created to lengthen and strengthen the muscles used during class. Variations will be offered so that every student can enjoy a class that nurtures what THEIR body needs.
