Movement is Medicine

Ellen inspires again!. I wish Ellen were my neighbor. Like she said in the class to surround yourself with like-minded people, to be closer to her would be just what I need! She never fails to inspire me, but my tendency is to let exercise slide. I look forward to using her secrets to get on and stay on board.

Listen to your body. Ellen talks common sense and inspires people to move and be strong so they can enjoy life.

Always inspired. I have been working out with Ellen's DVD's for years and I have to say that she never disappoints! I always learn a thing or two from her and she is an inspiration! This class helped me accept the changes that are happening because of menopause. I'm so happy that I'm fit! Thanks Ellen!

I loved the class so much....... I learned a lot of stuff in this class. It was amazing to interact with Ellen Barrett and get to talk to her and ask her questions. I have almost all her videos. And i never dreamed I would ever get this chance. Truthfully, anything with Ellen is going to be great. She gives her all - all the time. The class was so informative. I already started applying the things she talked about and I already feel better. Sometimes you need guidance or a push to do the right thing for yourself.
